Everything gets chopped up and goes into the vinegar to steep for five weeks so now each bottle is absolutely loaded with pungent and invigorating plant compounds like the sulfur compounds in garlic, the capsaicin from the peppers and all the rest of the smelly and health supporting terpenes, acids and oils are conveniently in every delicious, eye-opening sip .

We source local ingredients and what we can't get locally comes from small farms through our local co-op market. Each small batch is made by hand and with love right here in Fairbanks Alaska.
