Everything You Should Know About Shipments

Domestic Orders:

They will ship as either:

-Ground Advantage via USPS

-Priority USPS

-Every order will come with a tracking number, notification, and typically insurance for shipments valued up to a certain amount

-Typically*…orders ship in 7 days or less. If it has been longer than that, feel free to send us a message to ask for an update

International Orders:

-Sorry, we can’t offer free shipping on these orders

-The cost to ship to your country will automatically be calculated

-International orders take a month on average, we can’t do anything to change that

-We are not responsible for any dues, taxes, or the actions of Customs or Mail Carriers in general. You are also responsible to know the law in your country.

-For whatever reason, once an international shipment crosses the ocean, that is the last we are able to track it.

-Very often, international shipments are held at your local office for a signature and pickup. Either way, they will always know more about where your package is than us.
