Tangy, spicy, umami, savory, and sour all at once, Fire Tonic makes a healthful addition to water, tea, smoothies, salads, rice, or anything at all.

Each Fire-Tonic Flight includes a 2oz glass bottle of each of our four recipes of Fire Tonic.

The Original: raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the mother. Onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, jalapeno, habanero, cayenne, peppercorn, horseradish, lemon, rosemary, basil, sage, and thyme. Everything is fresh and whole (using local and wild Fairbanks, Alaska produce when we can) and has steeped in the vinegar five weeks until each batch is done!

Dragon's Blood: has all the same ingredients as the Original plus hibiscus, lemongrass, as and blue butterfly tea (aka blue butterfly peaflower).

Sour Patch Spruce: same as the Original but has the addition of hand picked Spruce Tips and Fairbanks, Alaska Rhubarb.

Pickled Tundra: same as the Original but also has fresh dill and pickling spice.
